Yes, but not recommended, it slightly changes the texture of the pie, but not the taste

How is the pecan pie shipped?
We ship by UPS for physical addresses and US Postal Service for PO Boxes and APO Addresses. The pie is put in shrink wrap and placed in the custom wooden box, which is placed in a corrugated shipper box

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO address?
Yes this will be done through the US Postal Service only, but there is no tracking information available on this type of shipping.

Is the Pecan Pie only available certain times of the year?
No the pecan pie is our specialty and is shipped at all times throughout the year

Is my personal information I provide kept confidential?
Yes the credit card number is not retained within the system after 30 days and we do not sell any of our addresses, names or any information

Do you ship to the military?
Yes through the US Postal Service with an APO address

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
See UPS.com to get Guaranteed Day Definite Delivery Transit time from our zip code in Houston, Texas 77098. This is found on our web site. Goode Company ships only Monday – Friday, NO Saturday or Sunday delivery available

When do you ship after order is placed?
All orders will ship within 24-48 hours of order being placed

How do you calculate the number of days for shipping?
Go to UPS map on Goode Company web site
Do not count the day the pie is ordered in the time frame of number of shipping days. Also DO NOT include any Saturday or Sunday.

What does “Hold to Ship” mean?
Hold to Ship does not mean the date the product will be delivered. It means the specific date you want your order to ship from the Goode Company facility

What is the shipping cost?
Exact shipping cost cannot be calculated until the order is actually placed, but regular UPS ground shipping ranges from $5.00-$9.00 depending on the state. Of course you can always upgrade your shipping for additional charges.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you cannot place an order without creating an account. You must use a valid e-mail address if available to receive your e-mail confirmation of the order, but can use a generic one, valid billing and shipping information and valid telephone numbers so that we can ensure the package is delivered without error. We need valid telephone numbers so that the customer or recipient can be contacted in case a shipping problem occurs.
